3. Fully Automatic Blow Moulding Machine,The operation panel is equipped with a power key switch, a touch display, an alarm, a cutter heat, a cycle start, an emergency stop, a twisted motor switch, a twister motor speed switch.
A relatively complete mold shifting and opening and closing mechanism must meet the following requirements:
(1) It is necessary to have sufficient clamping force and system rigidity to ensure that the compressed air inflated parison is close to the mold cavity to form the product, and no seam is formed or the product is burred.
(2) The template has sufficient area for the mold to be installed and the mold opening stroke to suit the requirements of different products or molds.
(3) The template should have an ideal shifting process during the opening and closing process, that is, the speed of movement should be changed slowly, so that the mold can be safely operated and the opening and closing speed can be improved.
