3.Cooling system
Cooling water is passed through the needle to ensure that the product is molded and the product is cooled quickly to facilitate demolding. Mold cooling is an important guarantee for the molding of plastic hollow products. After the parison is inflated and close to the mold cavity, the parison is cooled and shaped by the mold to shape the product. The mold temperature is generally controlled at 20-30 degrees, and the mold temperature distribution is required to be uniform.
